  • Promotes sustainable development of fishing communities. Members: Economists, development specialists, community representatives.

  • Works on the conservation of marine habitats and biodiversity.
  • Develops strategies for protecting critical ecosystems. Members: Environmentalists, conservationists, policy experts and NGOs.

  • Facilitates communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Engages with local communities, industry, and NGOs. Members: Outreach coordinators, community liaisons, public relations specialists and extension officers.

  • Manages data collection, analysis, and technology integration.
  • Develops tools and systems for monitoring and reporting. Members: IT specialists, data analysts, technology experts.

  • Prepares for and responds to environmental and fisheries-related emergencies.
