Director General:
- Role: The executive head responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the committee.
- Duties: Oversees all operations, ensures policy implementation, and represents the committee at high-level meetings.
Strategic Leadership: Provides vision and strategic leadership to achieve the committee’s goals.
Policy Implementation: Ensures that committee policies are effectively implemented across all areas.
Liaison: Acts as the primary liaison between the committee and external stakeholders, including government bodies, international organizations, and the public.
Oversight: Supervises the activities of all sub- committees and working groups.
- Decision-Making: Makes executive decisions on critical issues affecting the committee’s operations.

Chairman:
- Leads the committee and oversees overall strategy and coordination.
- Represents the committee in external affairs.
Vice Chairmen:
- Assists the Chairperson and acts as a deputy in their absence.
- Oversees specific initiatives as assigned.
Secretary General:
- Role: The senior executive responsible for the overall management, coordination, and administration of the committee’s activities.
- Duties: Oversees day-to-day operations, ensures effective communication and coordination, and implements the committee’s strategic decisions.
Joint Secretaries:
- Provides administrative support to the committee.
- Manages day-to-day operations and communications.
